Our Multi-Million Dollar Expansion is Now Open!

New Places for Healthy Living.

The Jefferson’s Ferry Journey Toward Renewal expansion project is in its final phase. New residences for independent living are sold out and our brand-new Memory Care Neighborhood is now open. We’re putting the finishing touches on all remaining additions and improvements. Take a look at what’s new:

  • 60 new one-, two-, and two-bedroom-plus-den apartment homes for Independent Living
  • 6 new and enhanced dining venues including a new marketplace, bistro-bar, and a destination dining room with alternating types of cuisine
  • A new front entrance design and lobby
  • A two-story Independent Living Commons expansion
  • A new Healthy Living Center with a modern, fully-equipped gym and fitness room with access to professional trainers, plus a state-of-the-art wellness and rehabilitation center
  • Upgraded interior finishes of existing Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing commons and core areas  
  • A new Memory Care Neighborhood featuring private suites, comfortable gathering spaces, private dining and activity space, lifestyle stations, and an outdoor garden with patio

Specially designed for those living with Alzheimer’s disease or other forms of dementia, our Memory Care Neighborhood in the Vincent Bove Health Center features 20 new private studio apartments, comfortable gathering spaces, private dining and activity spaces, lifestyle stations, and an outdoor garden with patio.  

Certified Dementia Practitioners on staff work with individuals and family members to create care plans tailored to each resident’s abilities and interests. Programming will include: Music and Memory, art and music therapy, exercise programs including Chair Chi, cooking programs, horticulture, and pet therapy.
